How to Use

  • Drag and drop or click select your files. You can upload multiple files at once. 
  • Accepted file formats:.stl, .obj, .wrl, .step (.stp), .iges (.igs), .3mf, .dxf, .zip (Models & textures)
  • A setting confirmation window will popup. Select your country, your currency (EUR is preferred), your measurements, and optinally add your email. It will help speed things up with quoting and payment. Click Confirm and Continue. 
  • Now you can see your models preview at the left. Select your material from the list in the middle. You can see detailed description when you hover over the material. After you click on the desired material select its colour and the finish. Unselected finish option will use the basic Raw finish. 
  • Now you can see the price on the top.
  • Select your quantity. We offer bulk discounts which limits are shown under the Lead Time panel. 
  • You can select lead time options if you need the parts faster and you are willing to pay more choose Rapid or if you can wait you can get a discounted price with ECO. 
  • Be advised that we apply a minimum fee of 10 EUR per order so if you model is cheaper than 10 EUR we will round the amount up at the checkout. Shipping price is not included in the minimum order. 
  • You can upload technical documents for each of your models and add some comments for production like: – Please dont change orientation etc.
  • After you have set up your features and requirements for all of your models, you can click Manual Quote if you need further assistance or Confirm and Pay if you are willing to place your order right now. 
  • The system will load the checout panel and you can fill your details, choose delivery method and revise the uploaded models and its features.
  • You can see how your final price adds up. Processing fee is the cost of the automated platform.
  • After you filled all the details click Confirm and Pay again. You can choose between various payment options. Choose what suit your preference.
  • If you choose card payment (recommended) than fill your provider details and click on Place your order. 
  • Once the payment has successfully made you will receive a confirmation email and an invoice shortly. 
  • If we find any errors with your models we will contact you via chat or email so please check your folders and spam regularly.
